THE EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A PIECE OF RUBBER WITH A POCKET KNIFE. THE LOCK ON THE BLADE FAILED AND CLOSED ON HIS FINGER. HE WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM & HAD 5 STITCHES TO HIS RIGHT INDEX FINGER.
