ACCIDENT OCCURRED WHIEL ASSEMBLING AN IMPACT CRUSHER. THE SIDES WERE SET ON FLOOR AND THE FEED PLATE WAS HANGING FROM THE OVERHEAD HOIST. WHILE ALIGNING END PLATE WITH SIDES FINGER WAS PINCHED AND CUT OPEN.
