MINER WAS HELPING CHANGE OUT A SCREEN. WHILE STEPPING OFF THE SCREEN HE STEPPED ONTO A ROCK WHICH CAUSED HIM TO TWIST HIS ANKLE.

MINER WAS WALKING AND STEPPED ON LOOSE GRAVEL. THE MINER SLIPPED AND FELL INTO THE SIDE OF THE CONVEYOR BRUISING HIS KNEE.
WORKER WAS APPARENTLY TRYING TO RE-ESTABLISH PRIME ON THE PUMP BY FILLING THE CLEAN-OUT CAVITY WITH WATER. IT APPEARS AS THOUGH WHEN HE LOOSENED THE FIRST BOLT ON THE CLEAN-OUT CAVITY COVER, HOT WATER SPEWED FROM THE CAVITY ONTO HIS FOREARMS, THIGHS AND LOWER FRONT TORSO.
