EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING UP A HILL WITH A LOAD OF ROCK. HE HAD THE TRUCK IN A GEAR THAT WAS TO HIGH TO CLIMB THE HILL AND HE TRIED TO SHIFT GAEARS AT THE TOP OF THE HILL. THE TRUCK STARTED JUMPING AND THE MOTOR RAN BACKWARDS, HE GOT SCARED AND STEERED THE TRUCK INTO A BANK, CAUSING THE TRUCK TO OVERTURN.

INJURED WAS LOOKING FOR A PIECE OF BROKEN DRILL STEEL IN A LOAD OF SHOT ROCK. HE WENT TO CLIMB OUT OF THE HOPPER AND GRABED A HOLD OF THE BACK OF THE TRUCK WHEN THE DRIVER WAS LETTING THE BED DOWN. THE TAIL-GATE CAUGHT HS HAND AND PINCHED HIS FINGERS.
