THE VICTIM & HELPER WERE REMOVING A SUPPORT STRUCTURE ON A PORTABLE CONVEYOR. THE CONVEYOR WAS POSITIONED ON A HYDRAULIC JACK SUPPORTED BY TWO WOODEN BLOCKS WHEN IT SHIFTED & FELL, CRUSHING VI CTIM.
