EMPLOYEE WAS MAKING HIS USUAL VISUAL CHECK OF THE PLANT DURING SHIFT WHEN A PIECE OF FLAT STONE BOUNCED OFF OF THE SCREEN DECK AND STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE IN HIS HARD HAT. THE EMPLOYEE COMP- LAINED OF A SORE NECK AND LOWER BACK AND BURNINGPAIN AND DISCOMFORT. HE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL TO GET EVALUATED.
