Staker & Parson Companies · Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

Removing water hose and twisted back, felt a pop. Treated with basic first aid but was taken to a clinic on 9/16/19 which the doctor started Physical Therapy, Medication and modified duties

EE WAS DISMOUNTING A SKID LOADER. HE STEPPED ON A ROCK AND SPRAINED HIS LEFT ANKLE. HE WAS JUST FINISHING HIS SHIFT, ON HIS WAY TO THE CRUSHER OFFICE TO CHECK OUT. THE SUN WAS ALMOST UP.
