Laredo Paving Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Customer's driver was inside belly dump cleaning when the doors closed on his legs. This driver works for Guerrero & Sons Trucking company. He is not an employee of this company. One leg was broken and the other fractured. He did not place safety pins in place to insure doors would stay open.
