WE WERE PULLING TRAILER WITH WELDING EQUIP. WHEN THE HITCH UNHOOKED FROM TRUCK. TRAILER GOT STUCK UNDER BUMPER OF TRUCK. HE GOT ON TOP OF BACK OF TRAILER AND TRUCK BUMPER. TRAILER SLIPPED AND WENT BACK UNDERNEATH TRUCK BUMPER AND CAUGHT HIS LEFT FOOT.
