HE WAS CLIMBING OFF OF THE CAT D-9H DOZER. HE HAD HOLD OF THE HAND RAIL AND HIS FOOT SLIPPED AND HE FELL. WHEN HIS EIGHT CAME DOWN ON HIS ARM, THE ARM BROKE LEFT AND HE FELL TO THE GROUND.
