CO-WORKERS WERE TRYING TO GET AN OVERLOADED BELT TO RUN. INJURED CLIMBED ONTO THE BELT TO SHOVEL OFF MATERIAL, BUT HE DID NOT REALIZE THAT THE HEADWHEEL WAS STILL TURNING. THE BELT WAS NOT MOV ING. WHEN HE STEPPED ONTO THE BELT, IT TOOK OFF. HE SLIPPED AND FELL TO THE GROUND. HE SUFFERED BRUISES TO HIS NECK, BACK AND LEFT ARM.
