Employee was struck by a rock EE was trying to dislodge, fell off the crusher. Suffered cuts and bruises. Update: EE informed company that EE did not fall off the crusher, EE opted to jump off the crusher. As a result of EE jumping off, EE sustained abrasions and contusions.
