EE WAS PUTTING AN AXLE SHAFT BACK IN A SCRAPER. THE FIT WAS TIGHT AND WHEN IT FINALLY WENT IN IT PINCHED HIS HAND BEHIND THE SHAFT. HAVING HIS HAND IN THE WRONG PLACE AND NOT WEARING GLOVES CO NTRIVUTED TO HIS INJURIES. THE CUT IN HIS HAND REQUIRED 10 STITCHES.

EE WAS TERMINATING WIRES ON A MOTOR ON THE CRUSHER. EE WAS STEPPING OFF OF TIRES (PORTABLE CRUSHER) AND LOST HIS FOOTING. HE FELL APPROX 4' TO THE GROUND. 2 RIBS WERE FRACTURED. LADDERS AND ST EPLADDERS WERE AVAILABLE BUT EE DID NOT USE THEM.

THE EE HAD HIS BODY TURNED WHILE LOOKING TO THE REAR. HE HIT A BUMP IN THE ROAD, CAUSING HIS BODY TO MOVE FORWARD. THE CENTER CONTROL LEVER JAMMER INTO HIS ARMPIT CAUSING A POSSIBLE TEAR OF A TENDON IN HIS SHOULDER. EE WAS WEARING A SEATBELT.
