EE WAS REMVOING A ROCK STUCK IN TAIL PULLEY OF TRANSFER CONVEYOR BY PRYING ON ROCK WITH A BAR WHILE ANOTHER EE HIT ROCK WITH A HAMMER, HIS BAR SLIPPED, HE FELL BACKWARDS TO THE GROUND AND THE BAR CAME IN REST ON HIS LEG.
BOULDER CAUGHT IN IMPACTOR - OPENED SIDE DOOR AND HANDLE BROKE OFF AND HE FELL ABOUT 5 FT.
