EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING A PIECE OF 3/4 INCH STEEL PLATE WHILE CRANE OPERATOR LOWERED IT IN PLACE. AFTER IT PASSED THE BREAK OVER POINT IT MOVED IN SUDDENLY CATCHING HIS HAND BETWEEN THE PLATE AND RUBBER TIRE ON CRUSHER. AFTER X-RAY EMPLOYEE RETURNED TO WORK WITH ONLY ELASTIC WRAP. X-RAY INDICATED A BRUISE.
