WHILE STANDING NEAR TRACKSIDE OF SHOVEL, EE WAS PINNED BETWEEN LOADER TRACK AND FRONT OF STERLING DUMP TRUCK (MS 9) TRUCK WAS PARKED ON GRADE OF 6-8% UNATTENDED, IT ROLLED INTO LOADER, PINNING EMPLOYEE.
