WELDING ON THE PIPELINE FROM DREDGE WHEN TAKING COMA LONG OFF PIPE THE COMEALONG MUST HAVE BEEN ACTING LIKE A GROUND BECAUSE IT WAS HOT AND BURNED EE LEFT HAND.

OVERSIZED CHUTE HAD PLUGGED. MEN DECIDED TO CUT INSPECTION HOLE IN CHUTE TO SEE WHAT WAS NEEDED TO UNPLUG IT. AFTER MOST OF THE HOLE WAS CUT THE PRESSURE OF ROCK AGAINST THE STEEL BROKE LOOSE & STEEL FELL ON LEG CUTTING KNEE. TOOK 17 STITCHES TO REPAIR KNEE.

EMPLOYEE WELDING RAIL ON NEW CONVEYOR - LEANED OVER RAIL THAT HAD JUST BEEN WELDED TO WELD ANOTHER AREA AND ARM TOUCHED HOT AREA AND BURNED IT. THE BURN WAS 2ND DEGREE BURN ABOUT THE SIZE OF A GOLF BALL ON LEFT UPPER ARM.
