Employee was taking product line loose to hook back to silo when it had got stuck. Employee was bent over using his hands and applying pressure when it cam apart flipping up hitting employee in the mouth.

Two employees where installing the master link of the track on a PC400 track hoe. The employee was using a hammer to drive the pin through the track and his left hand hit the idler cover located in the middle of the track. The employee was taken to Sister of Mercy Urgent Care where it was determined that he had a closed fracture of his left little finger.
