EE WAS PICKING UP SCRAP METAL FROM BACK OF FRANKLIN QUARRY SHOP AND TOSSING IT INTO LOADER BUCKET. ONE PIECE HAD A HOOK-SHAPED END ON IT AND AS HE TOSSED IT INTO LOADER BUCKET, THE HOOK-SHAPED END CAUGHT HIS LEFT WRIST.
Employee was setting up a portable water pump to fill water truck at the quarry. While hooking couplings from hose to pump, he twisted his upper right arm muscle causing a strain.
EE WAS REPAIRING A 330 TRACKHOE BUCKET IN THE SHOP. B0TTOM WAS CUT OUT AND WERE GOING TO INSTALL NEW BOTTOM. WHILE GRINDING OFF UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER OF BUCKET WITH GRINDER GRINDING WHEEL GOT CAUGHT IN CORNER OF BUCKET CASUING GRINDER TO KICK BACK AND STRIKE LEFT INDEX FINGER.
