THE EE WAS WORKING ON THE DREDGE, WHEN HE FELL THROUGH A STEEL GRATE THAT WAS LOOSE, CAUSING HIM TO FALL AND BRUISE HIS RIGHT LEG. HE HAD 3 DAYS OF RESTRICTED WORK ACTIVITY.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A 14" RUBBER DISCHARGE HOSE WITH A UTILITY KNIFE WHEN THE UTILITY KNIFE SLIPPED CUTTING HIS RIGHT LEG JUST ABOVE THE KNEE. THIS LACERATION REQUIRED STITICHES.HE RETURN ED TO WORK THE SAME DAY WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTONS TO PERFROM HIS WORK AS THE PLANT SUPERINTENDENT.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A CAT DOZER AND MOVING IT ACROSS THE WORK AREA, WHEN THE FRONT OF THE DOZER DROPPED INTO A HOLE CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE TO BE JOLED, JAMMINGNECK. THE EMPLOYEE FELT THE PAIN IN HI NECK WOULD GO AWAY, BUT ONLY SEEMED TO WORKSEN. THE EMPLOYEE FILED A FIRST REPORT OF INJURY ON 12-5-96.
THE EE WAS PULLING A POWER LINE OUT TO GET SOME SLACK IN IT TO HOOK IT UP, THE CONSTANT PULLING ON THE POWER LINE CAUSED SOME PAIN IN BOTH ARMS. THE EE HAS CONTINUED TO HAVE PROBLEMS AND WENT BACK TO THE DR.

WHILE THE EE WAS SHOVELING SPILLED GRAVEL, HE CAUGHT THE BACK OF HIS LEFT HAND ON AN EXPANDED METAL GUARD, CAUSING A LACERATION THAT REQUIRED 8 STITCHES.
