Lyman-Richey Sand & Gravel Company · Struck against stationary object

Employee was changing a shaker screen. When tossing the old screen down to the ground, he caught his arm on a sharp point of the guard where they change the screen. Caused a laceration to his left bicep.

While chaining down a backhoe, the chain binder snapped closed on his hand and slipped. The left small finger was caught in the chain.
