EMPL WAS OPENING BIN DOOR WHEN LATCH ON DOOR STUCK HE WAS TREATED ONCE FOR PULLED MUSCLE IN NECK & RIGHT SHOULDER. EMPL HAS NOW DEVELOPED COMPLICATIONS & MAY REQUIRE SURGERY FOR PINCHED NERVE TO RELIEV PAIN.

DUE TO EXTREMELY HIGH WINDS IT WAS UNSAFE TO PUMP, THEREFORE, THE EMPLOYEE WAS COMING TO SHORE. HE HAD THROWN THE TIE DOWN ROPE TO A FELLOW EMPLOYEE. THE SAND WAS BLOWING AND IT PENETRATED T HE RIGHT EYE.
