EE WAS ASSISTING WITH THE REMOVAL OF THE STIFF ARM ON THE CRUSHER CONVEYOR USING A CHAIN AND HOIST, WHEN THE HOOK ON THE CHAIN SLIPPED CAUSING THE STIFF ARM TO FALL AND START SWINGING. THE SWI NGING STIFF ARM STRUCK EE'S RIGHT ANKLE, BEFORE HE HAD TIME TO MOVE OUT OF THE WAY.
