THE EMPLOYEES WERE IN THE PROCESS OF RELOCATING THE BIN-WITH THE USE OF TRACK RAILS MOUNTED UPON SWAMP-PADS, AND RAIL TRUCKS PLACED UNDER THE BIN AND MOVED TO THE END OF THE RAILS. WITH THE US E OF A MOTORIZED PIECE OF EQUIPMENT AFTER THE BIN HAS BEEN RAISED OFF THE RAILS THEY ARE THEN PULLED TO THE NEXT DESIRED POSITION.
