While climbing into the D8 dozer, an employee's foot slipped. As a result, their weight shifted onto their left shoulder, causing pain.

Employee was feeding the jaw crusher with rock from the stockpile. When employee was backing away from the stockpile with a bucket load of rock a large rock rolled down the stockpile and hit the left corner of the 966k Caterpillar front end loader. This caused employee to be jarred and lower back was injured.

EE was running the komatsu 450 front end loader feeding the portable plant. EE went over a bump in the road and it shot pain down his back and into his legs. EE then called another ee to let him know what had happened. After talking with ee over the phone another ee had him seen at Urgent Care
