Suncore Construction and Materials Inc. · Over-exertion in lifting objects

On Feb 1 employee was installing a roller on a dozer, on Feb 2 EE was changing a battery in a semi. At end of day noticed pain and discomfort in abdomen. Umbilical hernia. On 2/21/2022 determined this occurred on an MSHA site.
