Panther Creek Mining LLC · Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee states that EE was extending the tripod legs out on the transit and as EE extended the legs EE felt a pop in EE's elbows and forearm. Employee was seen by doctor on 5/20/2018 and was given Modified work duty.

Catenary Coal Company LLC · Caught in, under or between (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Injured employee was handling a sixty inch long, 6 1/2 inch diameter piece of drill steel used to anchor the highwall miner when he slipped and fell. The end of the employee's left pinky finger was mashed between the steel he was handling and the steel structure of the highwall miner.
