Seabrook Hardrock · Struck by falling object

Individual was hit on the head by a guard panel that came down on the miner's head presumably not having been secured properly by that individual. He was wearing his hard hat, when I was notified by the miner I offered to take him to the local hospital but he declined finished the day and went to a walk in clinic on his way home
