EMPLOYEE WAS ON THE BACK OF AN EXCAVATOR CLOSINGTHE ENGINE COMPARTMENT, HE GOT THE TOE OF HIS BOOT CAUGHT IN THE GUARD FOR THE TAIL LIGHT AND LOST HIS BALANCE. HE FELL APPROX 8 FT TO THE GROUN D AND BROKE HIS RIGHT HIP.
