ON 03-16-89 OUR DISPATCHER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL 6:15AM FROM THE INJURED .HE SAID HE DIDN'T FEEL WELL-HAD CHEST PAINS AND WAS GOING TO HOSPITAL.HE SAID HE HAD CHEST PAINS ALL THE DAY BEFORE 05 -15-89-HE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL AND HAD HAD A HEART ATTACK.EMPLOYEE ALLEGES THAT HEART ATTACK WAS JOB RELATED.
