While working in 105 degree temps, EE over heated and was taken to the hospital where EE was diagnosed with heat exhaustion. Fluids were administered.

Changing jaw belly belt and cable caught troughing roller frame and broke hook that was attached to the belting. Cable broke loose and struck leg.

Employee climbing off the dozer, when his wedding ring caught on the side of the dozer on a hinged housing unit. This caused the finger to become cut requiring stitches.
