Walking on an uneven concrete floor, turned right ankle, inversion sprain rt ankle - minimal to mild, went to doctor 04/28/2009 7 am, full duty, wear ankle support, ice pak, OTC pain medication, follow-up visit 05/01/2009 2:30 pm.

EE WAS ADJUSTING COUNTERWEIGHTS ON A MOTOR WHEN THE WEIGHTS SUDDENLY REVERSED DIRECITON WHEN HIS WRENCH SLIPPED. THE ELECTRIC MOTOR WAS LOCED OUT BEFORE HE STARTED ADJUSTING THE COUNTERWEIGHT SO NOTHING STARTED OR KEPT GOING HIS RIGHT RING FINGER WAS PINCHED IN BETWEEN COUNTERWEIGHT AND MOTOR FRAME HOUSING NEEDED SUTURES.
