WHILE INSTALLING TAIL PULLEY, THE PULLEY SLID SIDEWAYS ON OPPSITE SIDE. HE REACHED TO STOP PULLEY AND IT SLID OFF OF HIS SIDE CAUSING IT TO SMASH HIS FINGER BETWEENT HE PULLEY AND FRAME OF THE CONVEYOR HE REQUIRED STITCHES.
