A miner tweaked EE's knee while accessing the boat to work on the water pump. The injury occurred on 5/15/2026 and was placed on restricted duty on 5/18/2026. The miner has returned to full duty on 5/22/2026 with no lost work days.

When pulling the center bar out, the miners lost their grip on the bar and dropped it on a miners foot just above the steel toe portion. X-rays were done at the time and no fractures were detected and fully released. The miner was still having pain and sent for a follow up on 1/11/25, a x-ray was redone and small fracture found.

Changing media panels in the 25lb 10x24 screen deck. While trying to get panel in place, EE felt left shoulder discomfort. EE did not think it was serious, continued working. The following day (Sunday) EE had pain & minimal ROM. EE went to the ER and then text plant manager.

Employee was working on a crusher and removed a wear plate. The employee positioned the wear plate next to him, which created a tight spot for him to work in. He was using a hammer to clean off old material inside the crusher when he struck the old wear plate next to him causing a laceration. He was not wearing gloves at the time of the incident.
EE WAS WORKING AT THE WORK BENCH IN SHOP AREA ON A TRANSMISSION COVER FOR A TRUCK HE WAS TRYING TO REMOVE A BEARING RETAINED BY A SNAP RING UPON REMOVAL THE RING A METAL KEEPER UNDER THE RING CAUGHT HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER & THE SHARP EDGE CUT THAT FINGER DEEPLY ONLY TOOL BEING USED WAS A PAIR OF SNAP RING PLIERS
