EE HAD FINISHED CLEANING A XCUT WITH A BATTERY POWERED SCOOP AND TRAMMED OUTBY. AFTER HE TRAMMED ACROSS THE LEFT SIDE CONTINUOUS MINER CABLE HE STOPPED TO RETRIEVE A SET OF CABLE CROSSING. HE PICKED UP THE CROSSING AND TURNED TO WALK TOWARDTHE OPERATORS COMPARTMENT TWIST HIS RIGHT KNEE. HE FELL TO THE MINE FLOOR AND IMMEDIATELY BEGAN EXPERIENCING PAIN AND SWELLING.
EE WAS CUTTING ROPE HANGERS, WHILE HOLDING MINER CABLE THE UTILITY KNIFE SLIPPED OFF ROP HANGER CUTTING THE TOP OF HIS LEFT THUMB.
EMPLLOYEE WAS USING A RAILROAD JACK. HE LOST CONTROL OF THE JACK WHILE THERE WAS TENSION ON IT. THE HANDLE OF THE JACK MOVED SUDDENLY.
