EE WAS ATTEMTPING TO GAIN ACCESS TO A BULLDOZER OPERATOR BY CLIMBING UP TO THE DOZER S CAB. DURING HIS ATTEMPT, HIS FOOTING WAS LOST. HE FELL TO THE GROUND STRIKING HIS HEAD ON THE DOZER BLADE S PITCH BEAM. SNOW WAS FALLING AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT AND THE EE WAS WEARING RUBBER SOLED BOOTS. THE DOZER WAS NOT MOVING AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT. I AM CLASSIFYING THIS AS SLIP FALL
