The employee was exiting the loader and, while climbing down the loader steps in normal fashion, they felt a pop in their right shoulder.

Employee was using a pocket knife to cut a zip tie from underneath a wheel loader, while performing an oil change, and the knife slipped and cut EE's left index finger.
Employee was working in the shop on lining a chute with polyurethane sheet material. While fitting a piece of the polyurethane into the chute, the employee was using a utility knife to trim one of the edges of sheet when the utility knife slipped and cut the employee's right index finger and part of EE's palm.

Employee spent duration of shift loading trucks using a loader under normal conditions.
