EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING THREE OTHER EMPLOYEES LIFT THE GARAGE DOOR TO HELP GET THE MACHINERY OUT OF THE GARAGE. ONE HOUR LATER, HE SAID THAT HIS BACK WAS INJURED AND HE WAS TAKEN TO THE E.R. THE DOCTOR EXCUSED HIM FROM WORK FOR 5 DAYS. ON THE FIFTH DAY HE CAME IN AND QUIT.
