B-413) WAS IN OPERATION ON THE REGULAR PRODUCTION RUN AND THE OP ERATOR OF THE CAR IN USE, MADE A WRONG TURN AND STRUCK THE VICTIM CATCHING THE VICTIM BETWEEN BOTH SHUTTLE CARS.
