CONTINUOUS MINER WAS CUTTING IN #1 ENTRY & HAD SET OVER TO BEGIN LEFT RUN I.NAME HAD JUST WALKED UP TO THE MINER & WAS STANDING BESIDE THE DECK A PC OF DRAW ROCK APPROX 6IN THICK 3FT WIDE & 10FT LONG FELL FROM BETWEEN ROOF BOLTS & RT RIB THIS PC OF ROCK STRUCK I.NAME CRUSHED HIS UPPER CHEST & RESULTED IN HIS DEATH
