VICTIM WAS RUN OVER BY 980B FRONT END LOADER WHICH WAS MOVING IN A REVERSE DIRECTION WITH BACKUP ALARM SYSTEM WORKING. LACK OF ATTENTION BY VICTIM AND LOADER OPERATOR FOR A POTENTIAL ACCIDENT. AUTOPSY REPORT SHOWED AN ALCOHOL CONTENT IN THE VICTIMS BLOOD LEVEL.
