THE VICTIM RECEIVED FATAL CRUSHING INJURIES WHILE WORKING UNDER THE BOOM OF A BANTAM 350 CRANE. THE VICTIM AND CRANE OPERATOR WERE IN THE PROCESS OF REMOVING THE BOOM FROM THE MACHINE. THE VIC TIM APPARENTLY POSITIONED HIMSELF UNDER THE BOOMAND KNOCKED OUT THE 2 BOTTOM PINS CAUSING BOOM TO FALL.
