EMPLOYEE WAS HAULING GRAVEL TO RAMP LEADING TO THE PIT AREA. APPARENTLY EMPLOYEE BEGAN TO DRIVE DOWN THE RAMP AND WAS UNABLE TO BRING TRUCK TO A STOPPED POSITION. HE OPENED THE DRIVER'S DOOR A ND JUMPED FROM THE TRUCK. THE TRUCK ROLLED OVER ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE AND ONTO THE OPERATOR. MUSHA WAS IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED OF THE ACCIDENT BY THE CORPORATE SAFETY DIRECTOR.
