VICTIM WAS STRUCK BY EXCAVATOR BUCKET WHILE WORKING INSIDE A ROCK TRUCK BED. HE WAS CRUSHED BETWEEN THE BUCKET OF THE EXCAVATOR AND THE INTERIOROF THE TRUCKBED. RESULTED IN FATAL INJURIES.
