I.NAME WAS POURING CONCRETE IN THE 6 SWITCH MAINLINE HAULAGE AREA ALONG WITH I.NAME, I.NAME AND I.NAME. I.NAME WAS STANDING ALONG SIDE THE CONCRETE PULLING CONCRETE OUT OF THE DOORS OF THE CAR . A 44-TON LOCOMOTIVE PULLING LOADS SLOWLY CAME INTO THE AREA AND STRUCK THE CONCRETE CAR KNOCKING ONE SIDE OFF TRACK. I.NAME WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE CAR AND THE RIB RESULTING IN THE FATALITY.
