EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING AN TRACK MOUNTED JEEP. AS HE DROVE THE MINE JEEP TO THE END OF THE TRACK, FOR SOME UNDETERMINED REASON. THE JEEP TRAVELED UNDER THE PARTIALLY RAISED TAIL OF A LOADER W HICH WAS PARKED AT THE ROCK JOB AT THIS POINT. EMPLOYEE SUSTAINED FATAL INJURIES WHEN HE BECAME CAUGHT BETWEEN THE LOADER TAIL AND THE WINDSHIELD FRAME OF THE MINE JEEP.
