WHILE A STOPE MINER WAS AT THE FACE OF HIS STOPE A ROCKBURST OCCURED. THE OUTBUST PRESSURE TRIGGERED A FALL OF GROUND TO OCCUR. THE MINER WAS KNOCKED DOWN BY THE FALLING ROCK. THERE WAS APPROX TWO FEET OF MUCK ON TOP OF THE MINER WHICH CAUSED HIS DEATH.
