EMPLOYEE WAS ASSISTING ANOTHER EMPLOYEE REPAIR A TRAIL CABLE OF SHOVEL. AFTER THEY HAD COMPLETED THE REPAIRS A ROCK ROLLED FROM THE SPOIL AND STRUCK HIM.
