THE INJURED WAS CRUSHED TO DEATH BY AN OPEN TOP HOPPER CAR WHILE HE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PATCHING IT.THE VICTIM HAD SET THE BREAK ON ONE CAR,CUT THE CARS AND WAIVED THE RAIL CREW AWAY.HE STAY ED BEHIND TO PATCH ANY LEAKING CARS.AS HE LAY UNDER A CAR IT BEGAN TO ROLL,CRUSHING HIM.
