55066R SOME UNKNOWN REASON LEFT HIS DINNER AREA AND ATTEMPTED TO CROSS THE TRACK IN FRONT OF A TRIP OF LONGWALL SHIELDS THAT WERE BEING MOVED BY 2 TROLLEY LOCOMOTIVES 1 ON EACH END OF THE TRIP 06855 HE WAS RUN OVER BY THE LEAD LOCOMOTIVE CAUSING MASSIVE TRAUMA TO HIS ENTIRE BODY AND DEATH RESULTED IMMEDIATELY.
